In the fast-paced city, everyone hopes to have a warm home where they can completely relax. What I want to share today is a 126-square-meter three-bedroom renovation case.

The owner and his wife are both born in the 1980 s, with a beautiful yearning for home. They hope that this space can be full of warmth, comfort, transparency and texture, so that after a busy day, they can temporarily stay away from the noise and return to a simple and simple life.

Key points of space transformation:

1. Considering the living needs of a family of three, we transformed the small second bedroom into a leisure room with storage function, which is not only practical, but also adds to the warmth of home.

2. It turned out that the lighting of the kitchen was not ideal. We removed some walls and made the kitchen open, which met the owner’s cooking habit of combining Chinese and Western kitchens.

3. The layout of the whole house has been adjusted and optimized, and each area has been comfortably designed through reasonable space planning. The customized cabinets of the whole house not only meet the storage needs, but also make the overall space appear cleaner and more orderly.

Living room

Open up a quiet world in this noisy city, create a bright, transparent and flowing space, and make life full of fun. Here, comfort and freedom become daily life, textured life is at your fingertips, and the pattern of the open atmosphere nourishes a calm and peaceful state of mind.

The designer accurately grasps the owner’s needs and living conditions, selects natural materials such as wood and stone, and skillfully integrates them into the design to create a calm and high-quality space atmosphere, which perfectly meets the owner’s expectations for the home.

The gap between the balcony and the living room was removed, and the balcony was included in the living room. With large floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light was introduced into the room and the public area appeared particularly open. Place simple leisure chairs and exquisite small side cabinets. In your spare time, you can bask in the sun, read books and enjoy your own quiet corner.

On the TV background wall, the design of the suspended TV cabinet is eye-catching, extending all the way to the balcony, eliminating the sense of separation of the door stack. The suspended design makes the space look smart and light. The TV on the wall is like an artistic painting, becoming the focus of vision.

The large flat roof is matched with downlights and local chandeliers. The light is intertwined and the layers are rich. In the changing light and shadow, the space texture is greatly improved. Each beam of light is like an artistic brush stroke, depicting the beauty of life.

The collision between the grille panel and the light apricot wall, coupled with the embellishment of line decorative paintings, is visually full of tension, and elegant charm pervades the entire space.

Restaurant

Light and shadow flow, stepping into the aisle, poetry and warmth quietly spread. The wainscoting extends continuously, and the green plants swaying gently, connecting the living room, aisle and dining room in series, outlining a warm picture of overall harmony.

The restaurant innovatively added the West Kitchen Island Counter, which expanded the operating area of the kitchen. The newly added water and electricity level made it more convenient to use, and it was easy to wash fruits, make coffee and make tea. The customized sideboard on one side has powerful storage capacity to keep the dining room tidy and orderly.

The dining table is naturally connected with the island platform. On weekends, invite friends to get together, open a “best friend party”, have a drink and chat, laugh and chat, and let the good times flow here.

Kitchen

Although the owner and his wife are busy at work, they enjoy cooking time very much. The designer cleverly extended the kitchen space into the common areas to make it more spacious. The enclosed layout is matched with an exquisite bar, which can be transformed into a warm small dining bar every day, carrying leisure moments. Inside the kitchen, L-shaped cabinets conform to the operating line, and household appliances such as refrigerators and ovens are perfectly embedded and uniform.

The whole warm white is the main tone, which is integrated with the public area. The painted cabinet is designed with no handle, and the details show the taste, creating a high-end and clean cooking space.

Master bedroom

Walking into the master bedroom, a warm feeling comes to you. The bedside wall panel has a unique shape and outstanding layering. The light apricot wall panel is harmoniously matched with the wooden floor, which introduces the natural atmosphere into the room. With bedding and single chairs of the same color, the atmosphere of rest is full. The sunshine shines through the white gauze curtain, the light and shadow are soft, and the years are quiet.

Considering the owner’s clothes storage needs, whole-wall wardrobes are set up on the side and foot of the bed. The design of the open compartment is flexible and practical, and the built-in light strip emits soft light. Between hiding and dew, the atmosphere is full, which fully meets the storage needs.

Guest Room

The second bedroom continues the main tone of apricot, with white fluffy bedding, showing a soft texture and creating a soothing and relaxing rest environment.

Due to the limited space, the wall decoration is simple, and the bedside half-wall design becomes the finishing touch. The simplicity enhances the artistic style, injects a smart atmosphere into the guest room, and allows visiting relatives and friends to enjoy a comfortable sleeping experience.

Toilet

The designer adopts the design of wet and dry separation to separate the washing area, which not only ensures convenient use, but also improves comfort. Equipped with double bathrooms at home, it can easily meet the needs of morning and evening peak hours

In the wet and dry separation design, the dry area is particularly eye-catching: the marble countertop is matched with black suspended bathroom cabinet, which is calm and restrained, revealing high-end texture in a low-key way; The black faucet is embedded in the wall, with smooth lines and exquisite details, which makes daily washing full of ritual, adding a touch of quality and bright color to home life.
