This case is a textured home of 113 ㎡ that combines modern style with Bauhaus elements. The designer skillfully adjusted the original three bedrooms into two bedrooms, taking earth tones such as Ru kiln color and brown coffee color as the keynote, laying out a calm and energetic home atmosphere, as if telling the youthful attitude and the temperature of life.

Considering that the male host likes to get together with friends, the design boldly connects the kitchen area with the living room in series, and combines the island platform with the TV background wall, thus realizing the integrated upgrade of function and form!

Living room

When you step into the house, you can feel the open and smooth atmosphere.

Faced with the challenge of a floor height of only 2.68 meters, the designer made great efforts in space transparency and light treatment. The lighting adopts a combination of downlights, spotlights and hanging chandeliers without main lamp design.

The public area boldly adopts open treatment to sweep away the sense of depression. After the small second bedroom and guest bathroom are dismantled, the kitchen area is seamlessly connected with the living room, and the space becomes free and transparent.

Curtains choose white vertical venetian blinds with good light transmission, and you can feel the smoothness and brightness of the space at first glance when you enter the house.

The finishing touch of the whole space lies in the TV background wall. The designer abandoned the traditional form, innovatively adopted black wrought iron profiles to embed the TV, and skillfully connected with the stone of the island platform to form an integrated customization of the island platform and the TV wall.

This not only makes the space shape more interesting, but also enhances the social interaction between the guest and restaurant, making the space rhythm patchwork and greatly improving the sense of freedom.

Considering that the TV wall has become the visual focus, the sofa area is no longer decorated too much, but the background wall is treated by block splicing.

The combination of wood-colored blocks and artistic paint creates a simple and elegant tone, and then further enhances the space atmosphere through selected soft furnishings.

A large-size modular corner sofa is placed here, which can easily meet the leisure habits of the owner of sitting or lying, and is full of comfort.

Restaurant

After the kitchen space is opened, the lighting in the public area is greatly improved, and the whole area is more transparent. The windows in the kitchen area are made of black venetian blinds, which are in sharp contrast with the white wall, which not only adds visual hierarchy and sense of high class, but also becomes the visual landing point of the space.

Beige tiles are laid on the ground, which is naturally distinguished from the living room floor, so that each functional area has a unique sense of immersion.

A minimalist black slate dining table with Bauhaus style dining chairs has become the highlight of the space. Dining here is a double enjoyment of vision and soul.

The kitchen has been changed from the original closed type to the open type, which is connected with other spaces, forming the integration of dining and kitchen, and enhancing the spatial interaction.

The remodeled kitchen countertops run from left to right to create an extra-long L-shaped operating area. Chatting with your family while cooking, this warm and comfortable is the ideal home life.

Multi-purpose room

The multi-purpose room cleverly blends cloakroom, study and laundry area, and serves as an ancillary space to the master bedroom, which greatly enhances the fun of being at home.

Due to the limited area of this area, the mirrored cabinet door is selected when customizing the storage cabinet to enhance the sense of visual extension, and the light strip is embedded in the cabinet to facilitate the daily selection of clothes.

The desk office area takes up most of the space, but it is not crowded at all.

This is due to the careful design of details: drawers meet the storage of stationery documents, and wide countertops make work and study more comfortable and efficient.

Bedroom

The master bedroom is matched with warm colors, and the calm brown bedding is intertwined with the warm milky latex paint wall, just like a cup of hot cocoa in winter, which warms people’s hearts.

Stepping into this space, it seems that the hustle and bustle of the outside world are isolated, leaving only inner peace.

In order to enhance the space level and sense of design, the designer added a chandelier to the bedside area.

This chandelier is both a decorative light source that adds artistic touch to the bedroom and provides soft light at night, allowing homeowners to feel the warmth of home while reading.

The bathroom adopts the wet and dry separation design, which separates the washing area, which not only keeps it clean and hygienic, but also improves the use efficiency.

The extra-long countertop meets the daily washing needs, and the storage space is reasonably reserved below, so that toiletries and cleaning utensils can be stored in an orderly manner.
