Day 1 Arrival in Reykjavik

Arrive in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, and a special car will pick you up and check in to the hotel for rest. Jet lag.

Day 2 Reykjavik, Golden Circle

In the morning, walk around Reykjavik downtown, hit the Cahar Grimes Church and the Sun Voyager sculpture; Stroll through the distinctive vinyl record stores and grab a cup of hand-brewed coffee. In the afternoon, head to the classic Golden Circle scenic spot, and first go to the lakeside hot spring to relax. In the evening, wait for the big wave of tourists to disperse, and then quietly enjoy the geyser eruption and the majestic water potential of the Golden Waterfall.

Day 3 Southern coast of Iceland

When you go south by bus, you can often meet cute Icelandic horses on the road. Go to see the spectacular Skoga Falls and hike to explore a cave waterfall tucked away in the valley. The afternoon was even more exciting, driving the ATV all-terrain vehicle on the black sand beach in search of the famous plane wreckage. In the evening, climb to Dilahori Cape, overlooking the beautiful coastline, and when the weather is fine, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance.

Day 4 Southern coast of Iceland

While sunrise is less crowded, go for a stroll on Vic Black Sand Beach. In the afternoon, explore three glacial lakes formed by the Vatna Icefield, including the famous Jegusharon Glacier Lake. Go for a walk at Diamond Beach in the evening and watch countless crystal clear ice cubes washed up on the black sand by the waves, like scattered diamonds.

Day 5 Southern coast of Iceland

The morning is the highlight: guided by a professional guide, spend about 5 hours hiking deep into the Vatner Glacier, go further than the ordinary route and explore the wonders of the hinterland of the ice sheet. At sunset, go for a stroll on the black sand beach of West Point Mountain, listen to the rhythm of the waves and feel the end of the world.

Day 6 Eastern Fjords of Iceland

Today the drive was longer (about 4 hours) to the eastern fjords with very different scenic views. Enjoy the wild coastline and reefs along the way, and finally reach the small town of Sezisfieze hidden at the end of the fjord. Surrounded by mountains, it is the location of the movie Daydreamer. Although the town is small, there are authentic Japanese food shops and warm taverns worth trying.

Day 7 Bolga Fjord, Detti Waterfall

Day 8 Gods Waterfall, Rhino Stone

In the early morning, go to Mihu Hot Spring to take a bath to wash away your fatigue. Then go to see the magnificent waterfall of the Gods. Then drive along the picturesque northern fjord road, you will pass by Akereli, the second largest city in Iceland, see the wasteland and sea view all the way, and finally reach the rhinoceros-like boulders in the sea.

Day 9 to the Mount Snai Peninsula
It’s about 3 hours by car to the magnificent Snai Mountain Peninsula. Visit a special private farm owned by grandparents who made a living from shark fishing and making traditional shark meat (now discontinued from hunting). Listen to the guide talk about this ancient tradition and pluck up the courage to taste the characteristic smoked shark meat. Spend the afternoon visiting Iceland’s iconic landscape, Chapel Hill, before checking into a country hotel right next to the wilderness coast.

Day 10 Mount Snai Peninsula, Blue Lake Hot Springs

Hike along the coastal cliff path for 2 hours, watch the stormy waves of the North Atlantic Ocean crash on the shore, and if you are lucky in summer, you can also see seals basking in the sun. In the afternoon, take a 3-hour bus to Blue Lake Hot Spring, and enjoy the intimate hot spring pool exclusively for hotel guests to draw a relaxing end to the journey.
