Day 7 Enter the Makadika Salt Marsh

Enter the Makadika Salt Marsh by light plane and afternoon off-road bike safari.

Makadika is one of the largest salt marshes in the world. Unlike other African savannah safaris, the arid desert climate here is like breaking into another continent. There are only 8,000 brown hyenas left in the world; And the cute and completely unafraid of humans meerkats; What is even more shocking is the migration of more than 50,000 zebras and wildebeests from November to April of the following year.
The camp is completely different from Okavango’s style. It follows the retro and nostalgic style of the first European explorers. The white tent is shaded under the palm trees of the vast plain. The vocabulary associated with it is not fashion or simplicity, but the glitz and romance of the old times. Stay here for 2 consecutive nights.
