Day 1 Arrival in Delhi

Fly to Delhi, the capital of India. We will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel for rest.

Day 2 Full Day Tour of Delhi: Mughal and Sikh Light

In the morning, we will visit one of the most magnificent buildings of the Mughal Empire-Humayun Mausoleum, which combines Islamic and Indian architectural styles and is the inspiration for the design of the Taj Mahal. Then visit a Sikh temple where well water is consecrated as holy water. The Temple’s communal kitchen is open to all, regardless of faith. We will also arrange for you to walk into the kitchen and learn how to make Indian dough bread (Roti) by yourself.


In the afternoon, visit India’s largestJama Mosque。 After that, we will take the most “Delhi” way-riding a human tricycle, shuttling through the maze-like streets and lively spice markets of the ancient city. Finally, walk into a private mansion built by the king of Jaipur in the 18 th century, enjoy Darjeeling black tea on the roof, and experience the fun of traditional “kite fighting” with the locals.

Day 3 Fly to “Little Tibet”-Leh

Fly to Leh, the capital of Ladakh (also known as “Little Tibet”) in India. The average altitude here is 3,500 meters. In the afternoon, we will slow down the pace and let our bodies gradually adapt to the plateau environment. The boutique hotel stayed tonight was converted from an 1820 royal palace, and the interior treasures 17 th-century tantric thangka. Guests can enjoy exclusive chanting ceremonies held by monks in the early morning and evening, and feel the peaceful religious atmosphere.

Day 4: Visiting hidden temples and practice caves

Day 5 Gelugpai Grand Temple and Canyon Ride

Day 6 Along the Indus Valley, visit the treasures of thousands of years old mural paintings

Today we will travel by car for about 4 hours along the magnificent valley of the Indus River, towards Uretokpo. On the way, we will stop to visit three important cultural heritage sites:

Rick’s Temple: Founded in 1066, it was originally the Kadam Sect, and converted to the Gelug Sect after the 15 th century.

Grotto murals: Enjoy the rare Tibetan secret murals painted in the 14 th-15 th centuries, with the integration style of Kashmir and Weizang.

Aki Temple: Legend has it that it was built by the great translator Rinchen Sambu, with itsWell-preserved 12 th-century Kashmiri style frescoesAnd world-renowned, it is a treasure in the history of art.

Day 7 Walking to Villages and Meditation Sanctuaries

In the afternoon, you can take a nap under the willow trees, or dip your feet in the cool stream, and close your eyes to listen to the wind and birdsong.


If time permits, in the evening we will visit a monk with only 40 monksSmall temple。 However, it is one of the most famous meditation centers in Ladakh, and the monks still strictly follow the ancient precepts set in the 18 th century.
