Day 1 Arrival in Arusha

Fly to Kilimanjaro Airport, VIP pick up, and transport to the hotel by special car. Tonight’s residence is transformed into a former coffee farm, a colonial-style hostel next to the stream. The interior is tree-lined and equipped with a restaurant serving delicious food.

Day 2 Kilimanjaro Trek

Take a 2-hour ride to the start of the Kilimanjaro Lemosau Trekking Line and meet your exclusive mountain guide and logistics team to share important briefings on the climbing route. Then we crossed the lowland dense forest and arrived at the camp in the middle of the afternoon.

 

Hiking 5 km | 3 to 4 hours
600 meters uphill | Maximum altitude 2860 meters

Day 3 Kilimanjaro Trek

Continue to hike eastward, through the dense forest of podocarpus and juniper forests, into the empty Hila Heights, and arrive at the camp in the middle of the afternoon, where the glacier on the western wall of Kilimanjaro Snow Mountain is faintly visible.

 

Hiking 7 km | 6 to 7 hours

700 meters uphill | Maximum altitude 3560 meters

Day 4 Kilimanjaro Trek

Today, the road section began to get steeper, but It is one of the most spectacular areas of natural landscape on this trip. Cross the Heights of Sheila and arrive at More Cottage Camp.


Hike 9 kilometers | | 6 to 7 hours

Uphill 640 meters | Maximum altitude 4200 meters

Day 5 Kilimanjaro Trek

Today is the most difficult day of this trip, climbing all the way to the lava tower at an altitude of 4,600 meters and having lunch. Then go downhill to Barranco Camp, where you can enjoy the majestic mountains.

Uphill 400 meters | Downhill 650 meters | Maximum altitude 4600 meters

Day 6 Kilimanjaro Trek

Today slows down the pace with high altitude acclimatization and a short hike to Kalanga Camp. The sunset here is particularly spectacular, with views of the southern glacier valley and the Decken Glacier hanging above the rock wall.

Uphill 260 meters | Downhill 280 meters | Maximum altitude 4200 meters

Day 7 Kilimanjaro Trek
Today, we will detour along the southern edge of Kilimanjaro, and you can enjoy the snow peaks from many angles along the way. After arriving at the camp, get plenty of rest and get ready to climb to the summit. The camp is located overlooking the extinct volcano of Mawenji and the dormant volcano of Kibo.

Day 8 Kilimanjaro Trek
Today is an exciting summit day. We will set off before midnight and expect us to be close to the crater rim when the first dawn light comes into sight. Climb the 5,732-meter Cape Stella and reach the 5,895-meter roof of Africa-Uhuru Peak. Finally arrived at 3100 meters before sunset Camp Mweka.

13 to 15 hours hiking

Uphill 1295 meters | Downhill 2795 meters | Maximum altitude 5895 meters

Day 9 Kilimanjaro Trek
A long downhill return to end this journey. Take a 2-hour bus ride back to Arusha and rest in a comfortable guest room.

Hiking 12 km | 4 to 5 hours

Downhill 1300 m | Maximum altitude 3100 m
