Day 4 Travel to Kagbeni, half-day tour

A 2-hour ride to Kagbeni, an oasis village in the arid plateau, has a high status in the hearts of Hindu and Tibetan Buddhist believers. Day 5 Go to Chalang Village and visit

Day 6 Luli Cave Temple, go to Luomantang

Drive through a quiet valley in the morning, The wind-eroded sandstone cliffs form a unique cone-shaped stone pillar, and the scenery is quite magical. Visit Built in the 14 th century, the cliff temple contains the most exquisite Kashmiri-style murals in Mustang. The dome is painted with mandala pattern, and the main Buddha is the immovable Tathagata in the East; The walls and stupas are painted with Neuvar-style portraits of Bodhisattvas and Buddhist great achievers.

Finally, go to the old capital of Luo Kingdom- Luo Mantang. Since Ami Pal founded the Kingdom of Luo in 1380, Luomantang has been the heart of the kingdom. In the 18 th century, after the Gurkhas unified the Kingdom of Nepal, Luo became a dependant state, but retained its hereditary ruler. Day 7 Full-day tour of Luomantang and surrounding areas

In the afternoon, explore the suburbs of Luomantang, looking for the mysterious and unique cliff caves on the border between Musitang and Tibet. At present, there is still controversy about the origin of cave construction. There are more than 40 caves divided into five-storey cliffs, which were used as residences for refugees in the 10 th century and as caves for practice in the 14 th century. But the earlier history can be traced back to the funeral function of 1000 BC.
