Nowadays, commuting methods can be freely chosen, and dining tables can also be temporarily used as conference tables. Our life and work patterns are quietly changing. For a young couple who are happy to embrace this new pace of life, this single-track apartment, designed by Berezen Studio, brings a quiet but profound design change. This space perfectly combines practicality with tranquil atmosphere, and ingenuity is everywhere in simplicity.

The living area of the apartment is designed with a unique charm, low-key style but clear purpose. A sofa with soft lines and rust tones is placed in the area, which adds a warm and comfortable balance to the tough straight lines and hard surfaces in the space. The warm wood material, paired with the soft tones of the matte texture, makes people feel very comfortable. Each piece of furniture is placed just right, as if it had its own meaning. Simple TV equipment is placed under the suspended wooden media console, which is almost integrated with the wall panel without any sense of disobedience.

The design of the kitchen shows modern functionality. The stainless steel cabinets bring an industrial flair to the space, which contrasts wonderfully with the vertically laid white tiles and the wooden hanging cabinets above. Every design of the kitchen is fully designed with the convenience and efficiency of use in mind. Built-in appliances, ample drawer storage, and tidy and clutter-free countertops make daily cooking and other housework easy and smooth. At the same time, there is no shortage of warm elements in the kitchen. Wood tones and soft diffuse lighting work together to cleverly neutralize the cold feeling brought by stainless steel.

The master bedroom is located in a quiet corner of the apartment, like a hidden haven wrapped in warmth. Unlike the minimalist tones of other areas in the home, it is surrounded by wood in all directions-walls, floors, and bespoke woodwork, all together to create a soft and warm atmosphere. This material change not only brings unique visual feelings, but also touches emotions. Walking into the bedroom is as if entering a warm cocoon, which makes people naturally relax, enjoy the rest time and intimate atmosphere, and forget the busy rhythm of daily life for a while.

In the bathroom, the micro-cement material extends from the ground to the ceiling, blurring the space boundaries and further strengthening the overall sense of coherence of the apartment. The floating dressing table is matched with a circular top basin, and a wide backlit mirror hangs above it. Matte black hardware stands out in this monochrome space, embellished with clean graphic lines. The walk-in shower room adopts minimalist glass partition, which not only keeps the space open and transparent, but also makes people want to stay here for a while and enjoy a pleasant time through the ingenious design of the top spray shower and ambient lighting.
