For 9 days, walk with animals on the grassland of Tanzania, and then walk into Maasai villages to witness the most vivid nature and civilization in Africa.

 

Day 1 Fly to Kilimanjaro

Fly to Kilimanjaro, and be picked up by special bus to the colonial-style mansion at the foot of Meru Mountain in the lush garden, surrounded by birdsong.

Day 2 Travel to Tarangire, half-day safari
A 3-hour ride to Tarangire National Park and a half-day afternoon safari. There are not only huge baobab trees here, but also one of the areas with the largest number and density of elephants in Tanzania (about 3,000 elephants).

Day 3 Tarangire Full Day Safari

In the morning, hike and safari, visit Maasai villages, and learn about the traditional semi-nomadic lifestyle. Afternoon off-road bike safari with the opportunity to see cheetahs, lions, zebras, horned antelopes and elephants. Enjoy the sunset with a cocktail on the prairie.

Day 4 Go to Lake Eyasi, camping in the wild

A 4-hour ride along the Great Rift Valley, through the fertile highlands of Ngorongoro Volcano, to the eastern shore hills of Lake Eyasi. This is the home of the Wahazab people. As one of the oldest tribes in Africa, it is also the few remaining hunter-gatherer aborigines in Tanzania. They will be your guide, hiking rocks and plains, identifying poisonous plants, and looking for prehistoric petroglyphs.

Set up a simple mosquito net camp in the evening, with only you and thousands of stars in the sky in front of you. Light a bonfire and drink some cold drinks, and experience the adventurous life of the first explorers on the African continent in a safe environment.

Day 5 Visiting the Wahazab Territory
Visit the Wahazab tribe, go out hunting and gathering with them on foot, and feel the wild charm from a new angle. Depending on the season, you may dig roots and tubers with the women, collect berries or trap rodents; Or hide with men among baobabs and bushes in search of wild animals, armed with long bows with poisoned arrows. If the foraging/hunt is successful, you are invited to share the catch, including honey, berries, and antelope.

At noon, go to the camp surrounded by jujube trees and acacia trees for lunch, take a bath and rest. Lakeside trails can be explored on foot in the afternoon; Explore nearby villages by bike; Or read this book quietly with the sunset.

Day 6 to the Serengeti, half-day safari

Take a light plane to the Serengeti for a half-day afternoon safari to see the coexistence of millions of herbivorous antelopes, zebras, bison and predators lions, coyotes and cheetahs on the grasslands. Enjoy the sunset with a cocktail on the prairie.

Depending on the travel season (June to October/December to March) and animal activity, the location of the camp will have 2 different spots, with the aim of allowing you to observe the migration activities of wildlife in different seasons at the best spots.

Days 7 and 8 Full day safari in the Serengeti

You will have 2 full days to explore the Serengeti, and the guide will prepare an exquisite grassland lunch with you. There are more than 2 million herbivorous animals living here all the year round, including more than 1 million wildebeests, 500,000 Thomson gazelles and 250,000 plain zebras, attracting lions, cheetahs and hyenas to wait for opportunities.

End of the trip on Day 9

Return to Arusha by light plane for lunch, and then drop off to Kilimanjaro Airport to end the trip.
