Hunter Valley: a one-stop vacation for hot air ballooning, wine tasting, bartending and golf

Hunter Valley is about 160 kilometers away from downtown Sydney, about 2 hours’ drive. It is the largest river valley in New South Wales and the most prestigious winemaking area in Australia. Eat and drink well, then proceed to McCaffrey Winery for a fun-filled mixology class. Guests will follow professional winemakers to learn the mysteries of wine blending, understand the characteristics of different grape varieties, and taste single varieties of wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Riesling.Then, according to your own taste and inspiration, you can blend and bottle a unique and exclusive wine, and you can also name it and label it to take home.

Experience wine and fashion at Vamp Winery

The next stop is Vamp Winery, where owner Lisa McGuigan’s passion for fine wine and fashion. Her signature wine collection can be sampled here, especially recommended with wine paired with delicious cheesecake balls, and experience the perfect combination of dessert and fine wine. The VIP room at Vamp is called the “Bundle Room” and offers an intimate wine tasting experience. A number of top sculptures from Lisa’s collection are also on display inside the winery for admiration.

Taste the wine at Lianmu Legend Winery

The wine tour continues! The next stop is one of Australia’s most prestigious wineries-Love Wood Legend Winery. Since its inception in 1970, its high quality wines have been widely acclaimed. The winery offers a variety of wine tasting experiences, especially recommending the “gourmet pairing experience”. Within 45 minutes, you can sample six selected wines, each accompanied by exquisite appetizers, and enjoy a wonderful experience where food meets wine.
